Lenwood began his insurance career with American United Life and Shenandoah Life in 1975. In 1979 he formed The Dennis Company and in 1982 merged with Snyder Roberts Insurance Agency. The agency name was changed to Snyder-Roberts and Dennis Insurance in 1994 and today operates as Roberts and Dennis Insurance Group. Lenwood's education and achievements include a BS in Statistics from North Carolina State University, Pension and Profit Sharing Trusts studies from Purdue University and Business Insurance and Executive Estate Planning from the University of Southwest Louisiana. He has qualified for the National Sales Achievement Award, the National Quality Award and the Million Dollar Round Table. He is a member of the National and Triad Association of Health Underwriters and the Association of Health Insurance Agents. He has served as a member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC Broker Advisory Council and United Healthcare Advisory Council and was inducted in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC Hall of Fame. Lenwood is active in the community as a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensboro Country Club and the Greensboro Lions Club. He has served as President of the Board of Directors at the Industries of the Blind, Inc. and is President of the Greensboro Lions Foundation, Inc. Lenwood's daughters, Traci and Danielle, his son-in-law, Herb Oliver and wife, Carolyn, all work at the agency.

Danielle joined Roberts & Dennis Insurance Group in 1990. Working in the Life/Health Benefits department, she concentrates on individual and business life and disability protection as well as retirement plans. Danielle's education and achievements include a BA in English and Communications from UNC-Charlotte in 1990 and obtaining her Life, Accident & Health and Medicare Supplement, Long Term Care licenses. She has achieved the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation. Danielle is active in the industry as a member of the National & Triad Association of Health Underwriters, National and Greensboro Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Society of Financial Service Professionals and Association of Health Insurance Advisors. Danielle is a native of Greensboro, NC and currently lives in Archdale with her husband Farrell and two children.

Herb has worked in the insurance and investment industry since graduating from East Carolina University in 1985. He has his Life, Accident and Health License and Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care License. In 1999 he completed the requirements for the Registered Health Underwriter designation and in 2003 he completed the requirements for the Chartered Life Underwriter designation. He works in Life/Health Division focusing on corporate group health, life, dental and disability and on retirement plans including 401(k) and IRA rollovers. Herb is a current member and Past-President of Triad Association of Health Underwriters. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Greensboro. Herb is married to Traci Dennis-Oliver and they have three children.

Meredith began her insurance career in 1996, working for PARTNERS National Health Plans of NC and then Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. In those 11 years she concentrated on Individual Medicare business and Group Retiree coverage. She joined Roberts and Dennis Insurance Group in 2007 as a Benefits Advisor specializing in employer groups up to 2500.
Meredith’s education and achievements include a BA in Psychology from UNC-G in 1992 and obtaining her Life and Health License and Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care License in 1996.
She is a member of the National and Triad Association of Health Underwriters and the Under Forty Council. She lives in Kernersville with her husband, Chris and 2 sons.

Glenda began her insurance career in January of 2003, after taking early retirement from Lucent Technologies where she was a Corporate Travel Specialist / Manager. She worked in Account Management and Sales at The Brookbank Agency which later became Benchmark Life Strategies, Inc. Her concentration was on Group and Individual Health and Medicare coverage. She joined Roberts and Dennis Insurance Group in 2007 as an Account Manager.
Glenda attended Liberty University concentrating in Psychology and Business Administration. She also completed the Executive Logistics Program at Penn State University. She obtained her Life and Health License and Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care License in 2003.
She is a member of the Triad Association of Health Underwriters and Westover Church where she has served on the Missions and Sister Church Teams. Glenda enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and writing poetry, several of which have been published. She lives in Jamestown and has one incredible son, the best daughter-in-law on earth, and two beautiful granddaughters!

Shannon began her insurance career in 1997 as a broker's administrative assistant. After receiving her Life and Health license in 1999, she has concentrated on account management for small and large groups. She has knowledge of both fully insured and self funded products. She is a member of the Triad Association of Health Underwriters and is a former member of the Triangle Association of Health Underwriters. Shannon attended UNC-Greensboro with a concentration in Management and Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and golf.
